Recent coaching and mentoring assignments include:
- Senior Director in the financial services industry posted in a European branch of a UK firm, whose personal development at work had slowed down. He became involved in a major project allowing him to demonstrate his leadership and analytical skills.
- Marketing Manager of a multinational energy provider, wanted to develop her assertiveness and influencing skills.
- Head of Strategy in a London based charity, needed support in his demanding new role that required leadership for his team whilst at the same time coming to terms with slow recovery from a life-threatening accident.
Recent education and training assignments include:
- QCDA: co-ordinating the development of qualification criteria for phases 2, 3 and 4 of the 14-19 Diploma project, including; policy development and implementation; project management; design and delivery of training; research; report writing; team leadership; content mapping and frameworks.
- UK Commission for Employment and Skills: reviewing and making recommendations on the phase 1 and 2 Diplomas with a specific focus on assessment methods and personal, learning and thinking skills.
- City & Guilds: developing a fit for purpose quality assurance strategy for a major redevelopment of assignments; creation of Europass certificates; development of units for the QCF.
- Guest speaker at the ÖGSR Symposium in Austria: Private Schools Systems in Austria and the UK.
