Marc Andressen and Eleanor Byram, the Directors, worked together for the first time in 2002 as Product Managers in The City and Guilds of London Institute. They have over 20 years combined experience in coaching and education.

Eleanor Byram

Eleanor is an expert in the development of education programmes for the UK and international markets, with excellent skills in communication, leadership and business strategy and project management. She holds a Masters in Continuing Education and Training and is a certified PRinCE2 Practitioner. She is currently studying towards a PhD at the Institute of Education in London with a focus on the role and influence of employers in the UK education system.

Eleanor has lived and worked in Germany and France and is able to communicate confidently in both languages.

Marc Andressen

An executive coach practising in German and English, Marc believes that a holistic view of work and life forms the basis for growth and development.

He is skilled in building high-performance teams and in facilitating and establishing cross cultural communication.

About his coaching style:

'My aim is to bridge cultural diversity in the international workforce. We enable individuals and teams to deal with irritations and incidents in a self-reflective manner rather than learning about facts and customs of specific nationalities and cultures.'

Marc has wide industrial experience and has worked in sectors such as hospitality & catering, social work and education. He has a substantial range of business skills, which he draws on in his coaching sessions.

Marc is a Member of the International Coach Federation and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, and a Licentiate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He holds a German Diploma in Social Work and Social Education, an MBA in European Management and a Post Graduate qualification (Advanced Diploma) in Professional Coach-Mentoring from the OCM. He is also a certified PRinCE2 Practitioner.
